These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Hive Haven website and the purchase of products from Hive Haven. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Products & Pricing
All displayed products are for wholesale and commercial supply. Prices shown reflect current export terms and may change without notice. Final pricing, MOQ, packaging, and delivery terms are confirmed in each written quotation.
3. Quotations & Orders
A quotation provided through our Request a Quote form is an invitation to treat, not an offer. Orders become binding only when confirmed in writing by both parties and an advance payment (or agreed credit terms) is received.
4. Payment
Standard payment terms are stated on each quotation, typically bank transfer (T/T), with agreed deposit and balance milestones. All amounts are payable in the currency stated on the invoice.
5. Production & Lead Time
Lead times are estimates and quoted per order. We will notify you promptly of any material delays. Custom or branded production is subject to approval of samples.
6. Delivery & Risk
Shipping terms (e.g. FOB, CIF, EXW) are agreed per order and are detailed on the sales confirmation. Risk of loss passes in accordance with those terms.
7. Returns & Claims
Any quality or quantity claims must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery. Claims are settled by repair, replacement, or credit as agreed; liability is limited to the value of the affected goods.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and product designs, is the property of Hive Haven and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hive Haven is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or products supplied.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the seller’s country, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, unless otherwise agreed.
